When the CNC lathe turret is running, it is very dangerous if there is a power connection. Without a leakage protector, it is easy to cause dangerous production accidents. Therefore, we need to cut off the power supply in a timely manner to find the cause of the power connection. Here we can summarize that for industrial production safety reasons, it is still necessary to install the corresponding leakage protector according to regulations. Today, our CNC lathe manufacturer will explain the specific reasons for the electrical connection of the CNC lathe turret.
If there is a feeling of electricity, it may be that the circuit is broken and touching the ground. Check the circuit. If the height of the tool tip is lower than the center height of the lathe spindle and you do not want to undergo major repairs or replace parts, use copper or iron sheets to elevate the tool holder (lift the height of the tool tip), so that the height of the tool tip and spindle center are equal or slightly higher than the center by 10 to 20 threads. If the height of the cutting edge is higher than the center height of the lathe spindle, if you are unsure, you should let the maintenance personnel of the machine tool company adjust it. The power was cut off when the turret was not in place, and an alarm was triggered when the turret was detected to be in an abnormal state after being turned on. The turret can be manually rotated to eliminate the alarm. That disc is called a signaling disc, which sends a signal to the CNC to let the machine tool system know the current tool position. It can be adjusted in angle, but if the angle is not adjusted much, the tool holder may not rotate properly, lock properly, or rotate properly.
If all blade numbers cannot be found, the general situation is that the 24V power supply of the encoder or transmitter is not coming (24V and 0V), the wire is broken, or the whole is burned out. If only a single workstation cannot be found, it means that the Hall elements or components of the corresponding workstation are burned out. Because I don't know if it's a simple 4-station knife holder, an 8, 12 hydraulic knife holder, or an electric knife holder, there is still reverse clearance when it falls down. The screw has reverse clearance, which can be compensated with parameters. If it falls directly, then check several connections, such as the coupling. If it's not broken, it can be determined that the motor is broken. Pinch a relatively straight rod material, preferably by removing one layer of outer diameter, then move the drill bit to place the outer circle against the outer circle of the rod material, gently pinch it with your hand, and then slowly clamp the fixture (this is done to avoid the drill bit shifting during the clamping process, and some machine tool holders are not parallel to the spindle and have large errors). Another advantage is that when extending the Z to exit the tool alignment point, it can directly input the tool alignment.
If the length of the workpiece is too long, enter a negative value below the Z of the tool compensation, otherwise enter a positive value. The specific operation of different CNC systems may vary slightly, please refer to the machine tool manual. Selection principle 1: Pre preparation: Determine the process requirements for typical parts and the batch size of workpieces to be processed. The function that the proposed CNC lathe should have is to make good pre preparation. If new tools are installed, it will not work and the pins will not bend. You can manually change the knife several times, first check if other knife positions are also high. If other knife positions are also high, it is the rotation center of the entire knife tower.
